Regular License
The Regular License grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased template for a single project (one domain or one client) only. You are not permitted to redistribute, resell, or use the template across multiple websites under this license.
Developer License
The Developer License is specifically designed for agencies, freelancers, and website setup services. This license grants you the right to use the template for unlimited projects, including multiple personal domains and various client websites. However, you are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or sub-licensing the template as a standalone product.
Delivery
Upon successful payment, your purchased Blogger template files will be automatically delivered to your registered email address. Additionally, you can access and redownload your files at any time via the Client Area (Member Area) on our website.
Updates
We continuously improve our templates to ensure compatibility and better performance. Notifications regarding new updates will be announced directly on our website. Once an update is released, the latest template files will be available immediately for download within your Member Area.
Technical Support

Template Customization

Refund Policy

Compatibility
All premium templates provided by Gila Temax are designed and optimized exclusively for the Google Blogger (Blogspot) platform. Our products are not compatible with, and will not function on, other content management systems or website builders such as WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or Squarespace. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they are using the correct platform before completing a purchase.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to your use of Gila Temax products shall be settled exclusively in the competent courts of Indonesia.
